I've had this sketched out for a while, but each time I tried to start coloring it in Photoshop, it'd only read it as a grey-scale piece. I finally figured out the problem and got this sucker colored.

I am damn pleased with this piece, especially the clouds in the background. I totally did those! In Photoshop! I'm learning...

I think it was in Haunted Knight that the Scarecrow did this to the bat-signal, but I could be totally off. I know he did it at some point in some comic...I just don't remember which one. *shame*
