This is an entry for the
 's Halloween contest (deadline is 3/27/09). Here we have (left to right) Ayame as Batman, Hatori as Superman, and Shigure as Spiderman. (Just in case anyone was wondering, I did their hair as I see it in the manga). Inspiration for this piece came from [link] by ~i-hate-you-all-alot. I still crack up when I see it.  The thought of Hatori being Superman made me laugh. Ayame being Batman made me laugh harder.  Ayame's too happy to be Batman. And Shigure could pull off being Spiderman with his novelist's intuition. "A novelist must have a sharp sixth sense!" (quote from page 120 of Volume 2 of Fruits Basket). His novelist senses are tingling! Oh, when I uploaded everything to my computer, the scanner had dulled the colors drastically, so I brightened everything back up in Photoshop. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization. Open to all mediums. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
